Pumpkin Choc-Chip Cookies..

I had never had pumpkin choc-chip cookies until I moved to Utah. I am not a fan of pumpkin stuff but these cookies are delicious. I was at a gathering with some friends a few weekends ago and my friend had made these cookies and they were seriously to die for. I got the recipe and they are the easiest things in the world. I got the ingredients and when my mom was here on Tuesday she made them and they turned out just as good.

2 Boxes Spice cake
20 Oz can of pumpkin
1 bag chocolate chips

12 minutes at 350 degrees.

The trick my mom discovered was to NOT overcook them. They are a little mushy but let them sit for a while and they are the moistest cookies ever!! Enjoy. Oh yea, this recipe yields about 6 dozen.

Buffalo I just discovered that recipe too and you are right they are to die for!!! I have been eating way too many cookies lately. I use the excuse that my house is cold so why not use the oven a little and warm it up. Maybe the little bit of extra fat I am packing on will help with keeping me warm as well!!!
