A Birthday, A Halloween Fright, A Motorcycle, & A Farewell..

What a busy weekend. First of all Happy Birthday to my hubby who turned 35 on Saturday!!! For Franco's Birthday we went to Tucano's which is a Brazilian Restaurant that we both love. You get a free meal the month of your birthday so it worked out great considering Franco and I both have birthdays in October. The face Franco is making is the "I am so stuffed i cant move" face. Andrew enjoys this restaurant too, fruit, rice and beans..that is Andrews dream food! Like father like Son. Since we were downtown SLC we went to one of the Halloween things they were having. Andrew got to trick or treat to different booths. Andrew just stared at the skeleton face below as i took his picture but he didn't cry..good boy!!
Friday night we were out looking for stuff to add to Andrews Halloween costume so it actually looks like he is dressed up, which FYI I am so unmotivated for Halloween this year. Anyway, Franco wanted to look at the DI to find Andrew a little motorcycle he could ride. Nice thought huh. They didn't have anything worth getting so we ran over to Wal-Mart and got him this cute motorcycle bike. He is still too little to peddle but he has not asked to go out to the garage to see the Unanananana'a (motorcycle) since he got it. He will just get on it push all the sounds and move the steering wheel, so cute.

Sunday night was the sad night. It was Kristy's going away dinner :( . AJ got a job in Missouri doing his own morning show for a country radio station, yes that is great news. However i am sad because Kristy and my little Gavin are moving so far away. I don't babysit anymore and was looking forward to many afternoons together with her. :( I love Kristy and am so glad she came back to Utah for a while. I have loved watching Gavin, seeing him grow, and becoming better friends with Kristy. I love that we have babies about the same age so we can hang out. Kristy is also so thoughtful, she always gets Andrew stuff as she is shopping her "deals" (Krip is a bargain shopper but finds the cutest things, reminds me of Katie.) Thanks to Kristy Andrew has cute shoes and outfits. I just don't get out much and shop.
Sad thing is i was too busy taking pictures of all the kids and did not get any pictures of Kristy and I or Gavin and Andrew, what was i thinking?? Kristy i will miss the heck out of you and Gavin, and of course AJ too!!! Please come back and visit before Gavin is 4 :) it was nice though to see my other sisters and Jay.Katie had her baby on Oct 9th. Little Grant is adorable and was the hit of the night . Andrew was not jealous at all when i was holding him, he would just say "kiss" and want to kiss grant. Cute..I am so ready for a new little one. Melissa is also prego with baby #6, she is due in April. I THINK Melissa's baby will make Grandbaby #33 for my parents. CRAZY!

So that was our productive weekend. In other news, my back kills today. Saturday and Sunday I over did it. I was so tired of being down I did not rest my back at all. Today I am paying! :)
