So after so much dilema about where to put my Christmas tree i finally found a spot. Although it may not look like it the base of this tree is HUGE. I was moving couches, furniture, and clearing out room trying to find a spot. I really wanted it in my front living room so you could see the tree from the outside window but that didnt work out. Now my simple but pretty tree is shoved in a corner in our other living room and only seen by us. :( I have had this same tree for about 4 years now. Every year I do the same thing to my tree gold and red. I love red..its my favorite color. This year I added candy canes for the kids that we have over and our own kids. I figure with a toddler next year I will have to put away my simple yet elegant decorations and do a kid friendly tree!! But until then I am enjoying my little piece of christmas.
