Got to love Utah. July 24th is a state holiday. Today Salt Lake had a huge parade as they do every year with so many floats to recognize the good ole Pioneers. The Pioneers finally arrived in the valley on July 24, 1847. From that date on they built up Utah. I actually have pioneer heritage and I am so grateful to them for coming here so they could live their religion in peace! I also love Pioneer Day because Franco is off the rest of the weekend. Wahoo!! Tomorrow we head out to the woods to camp and fish. Until then.....

Fun! I have a friend who went up there for this. Looks like a good time. Enjoy the camping and fishing.
Mom and I are in Korea. We wish we were home for the 24th it is rainy and overcast here. Hope my son is doing well and having fun riding my motorcycle.
