Cooking & Camping

Thursday night for dinner I made fresh corn on the cob, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and creamy mushroom gravy to put over vegetable rice. Well, Andrew likes to help and he loves to cook, so with my supervision I let him do the mushroom gravy. He was in heaven being a big boy and helping. He likes to take out the trash, help me carry anything, do all the laundry, sweep, mop, and pick up Addyson. The only thing he doesn't like to do is clean up his own mess :( One day!

Last night we went camping with some people from church. We are lucky enough to have stayed with The Curtis' in their trailer which made for the best camping EVER! I like the whole potty's, running hot water, a bed, warmth in the mountains. I told Franco we need to invest in a camping trailer, that is the only way to camp now, :) Addyson did pretty good that night but it would have been better if she would have slept the whole night. Andrew decided he loves camping so I think we will be going more often, also because love Smores', so that in itself is a reason to drive up into the mountains :)
