We have been busy!

First let me just welcome my mother in law! My husband is from Brazil and has been in the US for over 15 years and 5 kids later his mother has never been here nor had she met any of his kids. Imagine how excited he was to learn her Visa was approved and her ticket was purchased. He didn't sleep for days leading up to her arrival, he was way to excited!

Now that Iraci has made it we have been busy! Last week we went shopping..wahoo!!!! Brazil is hot (where she is from) so poor lady has had to adjust to the temperature in the teens with lots of cold wet white stuff everywhere, otherwise known as snow! Coats, sweaters, slippers, and her favorite have been the socks with the toes things are all new attire.

We also went down to temple square during the day to give her a tour of what Salt Lake City is famous for. Temple Square is very popular during this season because the lights at night are BEAUTIFUL!!! We will go see the lights soon. We parked a far away from temple square so we could take Trax down. Andrew loves trains so he was very excited to ride one.

Today the girls came to stay with us for a week and we made Snowman out of marshmallows. She dug right in and made her own. Andrew, so cute, decorated his marshmallows then would take a huge bite of what he just decorated. What a fun time of year because its important to spend time with family and make memories and Christmas is a great opportunity for that.
