Trains, Planes, and New Moon

Today was Andrew's Day!! Here is what we did. We drove up north about 45 minutes to the Train Depot which has been shut down and turned into a Museum. Andrew got to sit in real trains, that are extremely huge holy cow. The wheels are taller then me. He had so much fun climbing on, in, and around all the different trains. He just kept saying, "Come on Daddy lets go in this one." Too cute! Then we were on to the........

Hill Air Force Base has an aerospace Museum. It has several fighter planes from all the years and wars past. They also have a little kid zone that Andrew enjoyed playing in because he got to drive his own jet! Lucky life for a 2 year old. In this Museum he would say, "I want to touch that one too." You are not allowed to get on or touch the planes except in his kids area but we held him up to touch the propellers of the different planes. Andrew's room is in the makeshift of becoming an airplane room so we went into the gift shop to see if we could find some cool ones to hang from the ceiling. You would think that having just been with planes and trains he would want one right, nope!! Andrew picked out a little Army Jeep.

After the museums we went out for an early dinner, when the guy handed me some to go boxes Andrew quickly grabbed one and safely put his jeep in one and closed it, jumped down, and proclaimed he was ready to go.

Andrew, you are such a good boy. This last week i have been sick and still kind of am but Andrew was so patient, calm, and just an angel for me. He let me lay in bed until addy woke up while he quietly watched cartoons. He would get his own yogurt and tell me, "I am eating breakfast mommy, its ok". I can not ask for a sweeter little guy then my Andrew Logan!! Love you Andrew.

Mommy's Night Out!!!

So my friend Jen and I went to Mamma's Night Out to New Moon. It was for only mommies so we didnt have to hear a bunch of teen girls yell, scream, etc. We also got a gift bag filled with goodies and the most delicious cupcake ever from The Sweet Tooth Fairy. We got free magazine subscriptions, a free strand of water pearls, lip gloss, a book, $25 ski lesson, chapstick, truffle bars (see below) I crev Edward which is a mint truffle, and I crev Jacob which is a raspberry truffle. Clever huh. Anyway, the movie was so much better with a special gift bag in hand :) Thanks to my hubby for watching the kids for about 5 hours (we left early to get a good seat!) And thank you Jen for being my date.
