Fun, busy few days

So my friends husband is out of town this week so I figured we should take the kids to do something fun everyday to help her pass the time and also so our energetic toddlers could get out. These last few days have been beautiful and of course tonight some rain storms come in..so we took advantage of the sun and played.

On Monday we went to the Discovery Center. They have classes there which I thought Andrew would love but i was wrong. Most of the time he sat on the bench (picture) chillin. When they got out the scarf's he played for a second then decided that he was too manly for that. Joplin however had a blast singing, dancing, and participating.

On Tuesday we headed out to the Zoo only to get there and see swarms of people, so we went to Sugarhouse Park to feed the ducks, have some lunch, and play at the two playgrounds. We stayed there for about 3 hours and the kids had a blast. Good thing we had packed our own lunch for the zoo and a bunch of snacks. I got burnt because i forgot I was supposed to wear sunscreen in the 70 degree weather. Andrew of course has a beautiful bronze tan!! Andrew LOVED feeding the ducks and would yell for the ducks to come eat the food. So cute. There are also seagulls everywhere that like to eat the bread too which fascinated Andrew.

Today we just got through with a 3 hour playgroup. The kids were having so much fun going outside on the swing set then back in to play with the toys. Of course us moms were enjoying each others company and didn't mind the time passing.

I love having a friend to go do things with during the day. We have come home just in time for nap time and boy the days have gone by soo fast!!
