On Saturday one of my dearest college friends Deanna got married. She was the last of our little Dixie Gang of 8 to take that marriage step. We were so excited for this day to come. Michelle Cudd was in town too who actually met Deanna the same time I did because we were all roommates in college in January 1995. After college every time I lived in Utah Deanna and I were roommates, whether it was in St. George (usually), and then finally here in Salt Lake in 2004 when she moved in with me in my townhouse. When Franco and I got married we moved Franco in with us so all 3 of us were roommates for a few months! What a trooper Deanna was.
Anyway, point being we have been friends for 14 years now. It was exciting to see her get married. I am happy for her and for her new life.
