Discovery Gateway

Jen & Andrews friend Hailee had a great idea to go to Discovery Gateway. I have always wanted to go there so i was excited. Since Andrew was free it made the deal even sweeter. I think Andrews two favorite things were 1) the big ball dome where you could put balls up a tube, down a tube, in a maze, in a sucky canister (like at the bank) and just throw them everywhere. 2) The water section. Andrew loves water and would have stayed there the whole time if i didn't pull him away to explore. His shirt was soaked so i had to take it off and dry it under those dryer things they had. They do have paint like bibs to put over the kids but Andrew was not about to wear one of those. We played for 2 hours and the kids could have gone on and on. At this point Andrew had not napped at all and it was 2 o'clock. He was very good!! Funny thing, he saw at the beginning a push lawnmower and he pushed that thing everywhere. We went into the "construction zone" section and he tried to climb the stairs with it but decided it was too hard and he was not giving up that lawn mower. Even in the water section he parked the lawn mower close by. He seemed to gravitate towards anything he could push. Funny boy. He had a good day followed by a good night with Grandma & Grandpa. * Sorry about the picture quality, again my camera is in Brazil so i only have my phone to rely on. :)
