I found it!!!

Its Tradition in our family when you turn 16 (the girls) you get a diamond necklace. Well, I got mine when i turned 13 so my dad got me a heart with half diamonds, and half rubies. I remember that birthday party well. I got to pick 3 of my closest friends. My mom was pregnant with Jill or Cindy. We went out to eat at this nice Seafood Steak restaurant where my dad gave me the heart. I was mature for my age (in my mind) so I was ready for the responsibility of a nice gift. After dinner my dad took us to the Marriott where he opened the door to an awesome suite! On the table in the dining room of the suite was balloons, treats, chips, drinks, and tons more food galore. My parents told us that we were going to stay alone in the suite that night and we could go swim and go in the hot tub and they would be back the next day to get us. We lived in Trophy Club at the time and I think if my memory seres me right we stayed at the Marriott in Irving near the airport..man that was forever ago. Anyway..i will never forget that night and this present. So you can imagine my sadness when in my many moves from Texas to Utah, Utah to Texas, Utah to South America, South America to Utah, and then from one house to another it got lost 2 times. I always found it!! Well, when we moved into this house right before Andrew was born it was missing again. In fact i couldn't find my earrings, bracelets, etc. I thought it was weird but never seemed to find it UNTIL Saturday. I was looking in my closet that eats things and found a duffel bag. In the duffel bag was Franco's electric shaver case. I opened it up and low and behold I struck gold!!!!! Everything that was missing I found INCLUDING my precious possession, my necklace!!! Ahhh..what a happy day!

I totally remember that necklace, I hadn't realized that you had lost it, but I am glad that found it. And thanks for the help with my blog. What would I ever do without my Buffalo!

I remember the night at the hotel too! I am glad I was chosen as one of your closest friends. Too bad we haven't been able to stay in touch as much over the years. I am grateful we are getting that opportunity now!
