Let me say being part of the Salt Lake City Marathon Rocked! Thanks Kristy for making me do it. I was so happy to be part of it with my family too. Thanks also to Jen for being my marathon buddy. It felt so good!!!. I will now sign up for every race around. Here are pictures from the pre-race day when we went to pick up our packets & checked out all the booths and from the morning of. The hardest part was getting up when my alarm went off at 5:15 but as soon as i met up with my family and friends and saw all the commotion all of the tiredness went away. I also want to tell Krippy that I am sorry she got food poisoning and was unable to run. Kristy is the one who convinced and got us all excited this marathon only to be sick the morning of. And Happy Birthday Krippy!

Let me just emphasize how jealous I am, but I am even more excited that you had such a great time and want to keep doing them!Cindy said she could have kept going, maybe I will get her to do a 10k with me!Glad you got Jen and Jimmy to go too, what a fun family thing to do!I will keep my eyes peeled for more races too, theres lots of websites.I'm feeling good enough to get out and do SOMETHING for my bday, gosh dangit I'm gonna enjoy it if it kills me.But you better believe I won't be celebrating at Z'Tejas :)
I think that we should get up and start our mornings off with a good old walk!!! We should keep doing the races, eventually we will be pros!!! Thanks for letting me know about it!!!
Wahoo, I was hoping that you were on the ball and already posted your pics from the race!!! That does look fun! Maybe someday I will do that! I got myself all sunburned at the zoo, but my kids had a blast so it was well worth it.
Looks like tons of fun!! Sign me up next year!!
