We had a fun evening. Thanks to the Cross's for providing the comfy chairs, their home, and all the delicious food. Thanks to the Lanes for that yummy bean dip and all the after noises i heard all night from Franco because of it!! :) hahaha
We started the festivities at 7 pm thinking that by 8:30 or 9 we would be done and ready for bed. Franco and I were gonna hit a second party in Park City and enjoy all of my dads fabulous cooking..but...Josh made homemade sushi rolls. Everyone was in heaven..except me of course because I don't care for fish. Not to worry though. Jen made yummy 7 layer bean dip, Joanna had done cheese things, little weenies, chips, dip, cookies, cheese ball, etc..so there was plenty of food for me to choose from. :) After eating way to much the other Jimmy and Molly showed up with some of her family. We played games and by the time we looked at the clock it was 10:30 and we were getting tired.. then next video we count down the new year early so we can go home. Then the boys went outside and did fireworks in the 0 degree weather. Crazy men!
Andrew was not sleeping so he was a few hours past his bed time. He was being a stinker by 10 ish. We came homeat 11:30 and Franco and i watched the ball drop. When I went to check on Andrew before calling it a night I looked out the window and noticed toilet paper all around our Yukon and on the trees...with some pretty large foot prints to give Josh away..thats the good thing about the snow huh! Anyway, we had a really fun night with our friends as usual. No resolutions for me..just to be a better person, wife, and mom each day..but i already work on that now! :) We are so thankful for good friends!!!
