Proud big sister

The weekend of November 20th, i think, I hitched a ride with my parents down to Cedar City where my sisters is attending SUU. Now let me brag on her for a second. This is her last year in college. She has finished all her credits in 3 years instead of 4 because she turns 21 in February and she wants to go on a mission when school gets out in June. Not only does she work her tooshie off but she is in so many extra-curricular activities it makes me tired just thinking of them all.
Since i missed her play last month I wanted to make sure I caught her dance performance this semester. Cindy made the Traveling Dance team which means they travel and represent the school. In a few months they will be going on a cruise and performing on the cruise ship. Last year her dance team went to CA and performed at Disneyland. Here are some pictures of her performance, you couldn't take flash pictures so my camera was almost no use!

After her performance we went out and grabbed a bite to eat so we could talk to her for more then one second. We arrived in Cedar 15 minutes before the performance and we were leaving the next morning.
I loved the drive, i got to read, listen to music, talk to my mom and dad WITHOUT kid interrupting!!! How great is that!! My husband kept the kiddos so i could have peace and quiet for at least 24 hours!! ;)
When we checked in our hotel i assumed I would just share a room with my folks but no! Dad had gotten my a big suite at the Marriott so I could enjoy a nice bubble bath, TV, and a big bed all to myself. AWESOME! I sunk in the bed and quickly drifted to sleep only to awake at 3, 6, and 7 am. ;-( Darn it, my body was still on my kids waking up at night schedule. Oh well...at least I had the peace!! Thank you mom and dad for letting me be a third wheel on your trip and to my little sister Cindy, I am SO proud of you and all your accomplishments!!!!
