Happy Birthday to me.

I am now 34. Crazy. I had no picture of me by myself so this will just have to do. This year my birthday was spectacular. I like the idea of celebrating it over a few days makes it that more memorable. Friday night my friend Amy brought over dinner so we got to hang out a bit until our Friday Night Game Night began. We had more friends come over for the game night and bring dessert. We ended up hanging out until about midnight, which for this old lady is way to late :) Remember earlier this day my friend Jen and I took the kids to Cornbelly's where we spent several hours..so it had been quite a day.

Saturday we got a babysitter and went out to eat at the Brazilian steakhouse Tucano's. You get a free meal during the month of your birthday and this is Franco's favorite place so it was a win-win situation. The Lanes went with us and it was nice to be able to spend time with them.
Then Saturday evening i got to spend with my family trick or treating.

Sunday...well...good ole Sunday. My actual day of birth. Franco had to leave by 6 am to hit the road for work. It was quite an early morning beginning at 4 am..so after daddy left we slept in until about 10. We all woke up with coughs or colds so we hung out in our jammies until late in the day. I had so many visitors at my door. My neighbor came by with a gift, then our home teachers stopped by, then my friend Amy and our YW came by with cupcakes, then my friend Jen came over and brought me my own little personal cake AND sang happy birthday to me! Thanks Jen! Later that evening we went over to my sister Melissa's. She did a family birthday dinner for me!

Thanks to everyone for all the shouts out on facebook, the texts, the cards, and gifts. It was a good year.
