Our Park Experience
What a handsome little tike huh. Today we went to the park and he just amazes me with how big he is getting and how independent he thinks he wants to me. He wont let me hold him when he jumps on this little thing whatever it is. So funny. Here is my dilemma, well its not really a dilemma, but it bugs. So i usually go to the park around ornery time so Andrew can get out and enjoy the sun but that seems to be the time when all the High School and Junior High kids get out so as we walk up so do groups of teenagers. Teenagers don't bother me in fact it is funny to listen to their conversations, i want to bad to pipe in with my opinion about not to worry about the a person talking bad about you, or forget that so and so doesn't like you, or move on if that a boy is not interested..oh if only they would listen they would enjoy their junior/high school years so much better, but i don't.
Anyway, what really bugs is their language. I understand the need to impress other when you are that age. I guess foul language was never one of those ways I used. I have always hated bad language and find it hard to tolerate. I know that whole "freedom of speech" thing is important but come on..when you are at a kids park when little kids around you would think some people would just respect others. Luckily today as 3 girls kept dropping F bomb after F bomb i opened my mouth and started to say something when one of the girls was like, "little ears. little ears." So i smiled and said thank you. Has anyone else expeienced this? What do you tell those teens who think they know everything and dont have to respect those around them? RRRRR...i dont want to change my time i go because it just fits into my routine so well.

Just tell them to F off. J/k Sorry I just had to say it. No, I totally understand. I hate naughty language and I'm trying to get spencer not to say poopey pants... I'd die if he dropped the f bomb or somthing else. If he heard it he would say it. That's just how little kids are. I don't really know what to tell you to do. Maybe just say what that girl said to you. "little ears over here"
I second that! A reminder is probably all you can do.
I ethier dont lisen or...Well I dont know BUT it seems to work with me!
