Food Storage

Ever since i can remember the leaders of our Church have been telling us to have a food storage for a rainy day. Well, i didn't think much of it until recently. I always thought the food storage would be good for when the world was in utter chaos and there was no more food in the stores etc because of some calamity, which is a good reason also to have food storage BUT food storage is also good to use when you find yourself with a 0 balance in your account and your family has to eat. OR you are asked by your Bishop to take food to another family but you have no money to go to the store and get them something. Food Storage is just great for everything. So i decided to follow the Prophets counsel and start getting my food storage.

I found this on someone elses blog and though it was fabulous. It is a $5 a week food storage plan so you can store up little by little, Brilliant. Hope it can help someone out there.
